Locomatrix is built around the idea of using GPS and mobile phones to create wide area games.
Imagine a huge game of tag, or a massive scale treasure hunt, with lots of running around and fresh air and sitting down for ginger beer and ice-creams afterwards. Famous Five activities for a digital age.
Locomatrix came to us with a vision. ‘We want to use mobile phones to make kids active again’. Clearleft held a workshop for everyone involved to see how this idea could be turned into a business and made real. We provided a strategy and cutting edge design to the website. Locomatrix developed the backend. Our partners Future Platforms made the mobile jiggery-pokery work. Teamwork FTW, as Locomatrix’s users might say.
